I am adding this section to a letter today, and would like to know if I should reword anything better. Please help. Thanks. (I am writing this up for a contractor and he verbally gave this to me over the phone and asked that I type it up). Any suggestions? I could really use some! It looks good to me. If you want to re-check it, copy and paste it onto a Microsoft Word document and it’ll pick up the typos. This is what I’ve done at work.
Good luck!

Looks good. I would not change anything. Except, the price must appear on the right. Description of work should appear left.
Itemize each item. This way the home owner can refer to the item number for further discussion if he has any questions.

Looks Good but you need to hyphenate the words in line 2 re-hook and also in line 9 re-roof
