I am adding this section to a letter today, and would like to know if I should reword anything better. Please help. Thanks. (I am writing this up for a contractor and he verbally gave this to me over the phone and asked that I type it up). Any suggestions? I could really use some! to be taken in consideration any bid should be given in writting on a letterhead from the contractor and sign, it should be as specific as possible on the type of material to be used and the extend of the scope of work..that ‘s if you want to avoid any surprises in the future..
Now the prices I don’t know what to say…..depends on the kind of material he’ll be using witch takes us back to a more specific price proposal.

I cant find any spelling mistakes and i think that’s the price is ok but it also depands on i how much money one have for use i don’t know about you but if you think he has done a good job and it was the money worth i cant see anything bad about the price.
