Can you check the spelling and wording on this construction bid?

I am adding this section to a letter today, and would like to know if I should reword anything better. Please help. Thanks. (I am writing this up for a contractor and he verbally gave this to me over the phone and asked that I type it up). Any suggestions? I could really use some!
